Please tell us your device, the app version (Settings) and what you tapped.

Sign-in

  • Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password.
  • Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and follow the email.

Premium subscription

  • Restore: open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore purchases.
  • Cancel on iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Bubbly.
  • Cancel on Android: Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Bubbly.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Importing dives

  • In the app: Dashboard > Utils > Import Dive Logs.
  • Apple Health (iPhone): imports dives recorded by compatible Apple Watch dive apps. Allow Bubbly to read Health data when asked.
  • Files: FIT and UDDF files from your dive computer, and .bubbly files from other Bubbly users.
  • A file that does not import? Email it to us with the name of your dive computer.
