Other ways to delete

1. In the app: open Settings > Delete account and confirm.
2. By email: write to support@enheart.me from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent and happens right away. It removes:

• Your account and profile
• Your dive logs, including imported dive data
• Your stickers and promo code redemptions
• The offline copy of your data on the device you delete from

What is kept

• Records of subscription transactions, for 5 years after the transaction, as required by Korean e-commerce law.
• Copies in our providers' backups, for a limited time until they are overwritten.
• Purchase records at RevenueCat, Apple and Google, under their own policies. Ask us and we delete your record at RevenueCat.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple Account settings or Google Play subscriptions.
