Bubbly for iOS

Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Bubbly, the dive logbook app and website at bubblydive.lovable.app (together, the "Service"), operated by Enheart ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@enheart.me if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, in the app or on the website. Deleting your account permanently deletes your dive logs and other account data, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store; cancel it as described in section 5.

4. Your content

Your dive logs, notes, dive-site names and coordinates, sticker notes, imported dive data and anything else you add ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to operate the Service for you, for example to sync it across your devices and to render the dive cards you choose to create.

When you share a dive card or export a .bubbly log file, you decide who receives it; we are not responsible for how recipients use what you share. Do not add content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights, including personal information about other people (such as dive buddies) that you are not entitled to record.

5. Free plan and Bubbly Premium

The free plan lets you keep a limited number of dive logs, as shown in the app. On the free plan you may be able to watch a rewarded ad to save one additional log; rewards are granted only for ads watched to completion and have no cash value.

Bubbly Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly, that removes the log limit and unlocks the other Premium features described in the app at the time of purchase. The price of each plan is shown in your local currency before you confirm the purchase. There is currently no free trial.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you chose.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or from Manage subscription in Bubbly's settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you reinstall Bubbly or change devices, use Restore purchases in the paywall or in Settings while signed in to the same Apple Account. Premium is tied to your Bubbly account and is available on every device where you sign in to it. If a price changes, the App Store will notify you in advance as its rules require.

6. Promo codes

We may issue promo codes that grant Premium for a limited period. A promo code has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or resold, may expire, and may be revoked if obtained or used fraudulently.

7. Advertising

The free plan shows ads served by Google AdMob. How ad data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Not a safety tool

Bubbly is a logbook for recording dives after they happen. It is not a dive computer, dive planner or decompression tool, and it must not be used to plan dives or make safety decisions. Data imported from dive computers, files or other apps may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always dive within your training and follow your dive computer and dive professionals.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access other users' data or attempt to bypass security or plan limits;
  • interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the Service, except where law permits;
  • use automated means to create accounts or trigger ad rewards;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and sticker artwork, belongs to Enheart or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. Map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under their own license.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where required by law, and we will notify you where reasonably possible. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you reasonable advance notice so you can keep a copy of your dive logs.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost; keep your own copy of logs that matter to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page with their effective date at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days where a change is unfavorable to you) and, where the law requires, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.

15. Additional terms for the App Store

If you downloaded Bubbly from the App Store, your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms apply in addition to it; where they conflict, the Standard EULA governs your license to the app. Enheart, not Apple, is responsible for Bubbly, its content and its support.
